I have been a professional artist for the last thirty six years, and have been lucky enough to garner somewhere around five or six hundred awards at the many art fairs I have attended during that time. For the last sixteen years my wife, Carol, and I have run the Bruce Taylor Gallery in Mount Horeb, with Carol doing all the matting and framing of my artwork. The time prior to becoming a professional artist was still filled with the obsession of producing artwork. Being an artist and producing artwork is as necessary to me as breathing.
