The Wisconsin - Saitama Art Exchange 2008 is being eagerly anticipated on both sides of the Pacific Ocean. The beautiful Saitama Modern Art Museum (see painting below) in Saitama, Japan will be the exhibition venue and will ensure that this is a high profile event.
