Fujie Yamaguchi Moses | monotypes

Fujie Moses' education includes BFA, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Printmaking Major; Associate Degree, Milwaukee Technical College, Commercial Art; one year study in printmaking, University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

She has been a faculty member of Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design in Continuing Education since 1993: teaching Watercolor classes and Japanese Sumi-e Classes. She has worked as an Artist-in-Residence in many schools and created permanent art pieces for each school. The last Piece of collaboration work can be seen at Milwaukee Mitchell Field International Airport.

Her solo exhibitions include, Milwaukee Technical College, The Gallery Post 214, Milwaukee, Alverno College, The State Building, Madison, Wisconsin and others.

Fujie's permanent works are in The Northwestern Mutual building, Franklin, WI, and Milwaukee, WI; University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI; Browning School/Silver Spring neighborhood Center, Milwaukee, WI; University of Wisconsin Whitewater, Whitewater, WI; The Winnebago State Mental Institute, Madison, WI; Milwaukee City Hall, Milwaukee WI; YWCA, Milwaukee, WI; Department of Transportation, Green Bay, WI; St. Francis library, St.Francis, WI; a large private collection of 9 pieces in Greenfield, WI; and other uncountable private collections in Wisconsin, Illinois and other states, as well as internationally.
