Mary Jo Weidert | fusion glass

I have been an artist all my life with 23 years of it spent as a graphic designer. In my professional career I've won numerous national design awards and my work in the commercial design area has been displayed at The New York Art Directors Gallery, Soho, NY.

For the past four years I have been working with the ancient technique know as fusion glass to create contemporary art glass, sculpture and jewelry.

My work can be found at Art Nutz Gallery in Southern Pines, North Carolina; Robyn Flynn Gallery, Lake Ronkonkoma, New York; and several galleries in the Midwest.

I am a member of the Glass Art Society and the Public Relations Director for the Wisconsin Painters & Sculptors, Northeast Chapter.
