Description: The Historic District #1 Old School House consists of 1 room on the main level and 1 room on the lower level. The entrance to the main level is on the East side and the entrance to the lower level is on the West side adjacent to the parking lot. Both levels are equipped with track lighting. The main level has East, North and South windows. The lower level has West windows. Nails are not permitted in the walls. The main level has crown molding from which hooks and wires can be hung. The lower level will require tables or easels or free-standing boards for displaying 2D artworks. Kitchenette facilities are available in lower level. Bathroom is next door at the Municipal building. The space is wheelchair accessible.
